Let's say you have a doll, and you love this doll very much

You like how the doll is made, all the ways you can move it, even the little backstory on the back of the box

So you play with the doll over, and over, and over, and over again, and you have so much fun playing with it you feel like you can't ever stop

But eventually, you don't get the same amount of joy you had
You still love the doll, of course you do how can you not!? But the game you play with it starts to feel stail and boring. You've done it hundreds of times now how could it not?

So you start making new stories

Now it's not just a doll, now it's a student in a high school, a teacher, a scientist

A superhero, a villain, a stalker, a head at a newspaper ferm, an abuser, a victim, and it's just so much fun. But it really makes me wonder
