I had an Anatomy & Physiology class in college, and YET. I was unaware that the 40th trip around the sun means human joints turn into tissue paper. I feel like that should have been in the curriculum.

Don’t get me wrong, I love experiencing things in fandom, but sometimes the pre-conceived ideas about what to expect or differing opinions adding to a maelstrom of feelings before it even happens makes it harder for me to enjoy something. Just because I have the shadow of that kind of obscuring it.

I didn’t either! But I am honestly so susceptible to being swayed by what “the group” (whatever group it may be at the time) feels is best to think, I’m actually glad I got to feel my real, raw feelings without prior seeds of expectation. 😂
