Day 14 prompt of vial.

A small vial of mercury and the following notes on a couple of post it notes. Note one says "mercurial antivenom, drink before any poison exposure. works on poisons and venoms ONLY not other chemical or magic stuff. TELL YOUR DOCTOR, shows up in blood tests and looks like you're GONNA DIE.

Note two says: you will puke up the mercury/poison mix! SORRY!!! better than the other way out!! and a small drawing of someone with liquid dripping out of their mouth. The note ends with Good luck! <3 Nadia

Let's pretend the lobster in lobster risotto is shredded so I can count this for the inktober prompt. Study of lobster risotto, accidently changed the angle of the bowl because I took the picture at a weird angle and didn't get it looking right in the sketch. Guess I should draw more food.

I think a lot of artists, especially newer ones, follow a tutorial or listen to someone talk about how they draw and take those rules as absolute gospel rather than something that works for a particular person in a particular situation.

I'm sad that these are the only copies of my jr high art from the late 90s, they got lost in hard drive transfers and failures and the fact it was over 25 goddamn years ago.
