Gym friends are all prepping for Hyrox, and I said I’d train with them. Thoughts so far:
1. It’s all quads. And I’ve neglected those. But the pump is nice.
2. I no longer want to actually do a Hyrox race.

Still feeling a little soft around the edges from a 2 week trip to see friends and family followed by a sinus infection. But I’ve got my Christmas narwhal mug, I’m back on my workout schedule, and hubby and I went out and got fancy Christmas lights last night. So we’re getting there.

I heard we’re doing monochrome Monday for #mcm?
I do remember having a phone with a black & white sensor (Essential PH-1 for my gadget nerds). It gave very different results than a filter, but I’m not enough of a photographer to explain why. I miss that phone.
