Trump loves the idea of nuking the filibuster. This is both hilarious and scary. Either he does not understand how it benefits the GOP, or he intends to radically restructure the government before the midterms. Which do you think it is?

food stamps are a way for poor people to be able to buy food. We used food stamps way back when you were a baby. It was a very good program that helped us all stay healthy.

very bad thing. Republicans (Trump is one) want to make health insurance (the companies that pay for doctor visits) more expensive and harder for people to get. Democrats won't do it. So republicans will not pay for food stamps. A lot of people are going to be hungry

I am now officially halfway through my master's degree, and one third of the way through my fieldwork hours, which means I"m going to have to make some really tough choices. I have to stop slacking off, knuckle down and just eat breathe and dream ABA.
But I'm not giving up Fruit Ninja.

when The Teen was 3, they said "whoops!" like "WAPS!" and believe me, the (now ex) and I started using it all the time to the point where now, when we text each other, we do not miss an opportunity to admit a mistake by saying WAPS!

a large part of that was that they didn't want to spend money on extras so they didn't give them hair and makeup treatments before filming. You just showed up and got to stand around without getting paid or being "done over"
