So … the goal of the current administration under Trump backed by his Evangelical base is to reduce the population of the US by 200 million people and leave only white people . Is that what we can interpret so far from Project 2025 ? Just asking.

I put on the stretchy night sock. I do the ice pack and try to remember to do the exercises but it’s a pain. The more you do the worse it gets. That’s sort of counter intuitive.

I need to read “ the car manual” . This is a horrific prospect but winter beckons. I went on to ‘You tube’ to check how to defrost the side mirrors on the EV - sadly I think I may have hit on a later version of my EV. The windscreen mists up at this time of year but the seats are toastie.
