This is honestly the stupidest thing I've heard in a long time- banning the use of the words burger & sausage on plant based products.

The world is burning & war ravaged, & this is what our Parliamentarians think they need to 'fix'?

P.S. Fish also don't have fingers, right @oisinc.bsky.social?

“EPA said the biggest threats to overall health of the country’s natural water bodies include animal waste, fertilisers & pesticides running off farmland and forestry”.

Politically backed ongoing wreckage of our natural environment for profit continues unabated.

Out canvassing for Catherine Connolly in Rathfarnham tonight. People are increasingly making their minds up about how they will vote. The smears against Catherine are not sticking.

An historic victory is possible here. Get involved.

We will never stop fighting to end the Badger cull. Picture taken today outside Parliament ahead of the Parliamentary debate triggered by Protect the Wild’s petition.

Huge thanks to Betty Badger (Mary Barton) for years of relentless campaigning on this issue.

Spoil your vote or strike a blow against the establishment?

The choice is there.

Either put an establishment candidate into the Áras, or someone who has stood against government and crises their policies have created for decades.

Thanks to an observant member of the public, we were recently able to assist this adult swan at Elsecar Reservoir, reported to us with a fishing hook in the webbing of bird’s foot. The hook was carefully removed, and the swan immediately returned to his family.
