Fun fact: I have a degree in American history - I had to read @ 8000 books & write 1500 essays. I just found these books that I’m pretty sure I read? Or maybe opened, pointed a finger & quoted from wherever it landed…? 🙃

My egg salad was a flop (I thought cream cheese and garlic would be tasty additions - they were not), so I boiled some yellow potatoes and made it into potato salad and now it is delicious! 😀

Found a tub of garlic spread at the grocery store that is literally just pureed roasted garlic. Which saves me an hour or two, plus tin foil, oil, and stinky hands.
It is now schmeared all over a pot roast in the slow cooker. I win dinner today!! 😁
