Glad I stuck with it, it rocked my world. Always a good time to get into something that's not really what you wanted/expected but is still deeply enriching regardless. Jet Jaguar is the coolest; I now understand and join everybody who have been lamenting the lack of a sequel since it came out

Started Godzilla Singular Point and i'm not sure I'm really hooked yet because I don't really see what it's going for so far (only at ep3 anyways), but the characters are all so unique and defined immediately. It kinda feels like any of them could be the protagonists of a different show

I think I just got tonal whiplash because Ive been binging Mecha anime recently, and I was also expecting something more like Showa godzilla movies. But it's honestly really cool; I love the idea of trying to "conceptualize kaiju" (and bizarro science) and what their impact would be in practice irl
