5) completed "rough" pillar - with several of our resin stalagmites fixed into place in opposing vertical positions. the body filler has been quite roughly applied and carved back with suggestions of naturally occurring water-formed shapes - liquid resin coat will tie all this together, next stage.

part-completed rock pillar. narrow-waisted natural hourglass-like form suggesting the joining of a stalagmite and stalactite over millenia, with a handful of smaller mites/tites surrounding. these latter are grey resin castings which have been fixed into place on the bigger sand-coloured body filler column. again, there are assorted tools and other work-in-progress (WIP) models on a cluttered work table.
