And the cooking system is amazing. Most of what has been disclosed is still patron exclusive but some bits have been mentioned in public chats, e.g. each para will have its own set of 4 "starting recipes" they'll know how to make, e.g. some will start with instant rice, others with toast, etc.

I can't talk about this much as most of it is still patreon-exclusive but...I'm REALLY excited for the Genetics system and if you played TS2...well this will surpass your expectations! 👀A public example from a chat: changing a paras hair color after creating them does not change their genetics

Lol yes allegedly. Thank you for this breakdown! You got the whole set up, I see all the programs I use! Wow! I wouldn’t even mind editing files on simpe pc and then transferring them, but I def will need ur tutorial! I’ll look for an emulator but ts2 is the priority! and eventually paralives 🤞🏾

The sleep function also sounds so cool! I play with the osab installer version, which I think got taken down. I’m hoping there are alternatives to that one out there 🤞🏾I’m also interested in trying stardew valley and using an emulator to play animal crossing, I’ve never played but it looks cozy!

This is so helpful. I play on Linux on my computer & was reading that the steam deck is basically Linux! I guess I would just copy my saves from my laptop to the steam deck? Do your thumbs hurt (lol)? Are you able to use bodyshop and programs like “what caused this” or “mootildas lot adjuster”?

Ugh I’m jealous, I can imagine just how cozy the vibes are! You are definitely convincing me to grab one on Black Friday, so I am be cozied up whilst playing! (I love my desk set up but my butt starts to hurt in the chair 😂)
