Phew! I've been assured that my new furniture will be delivered as expected so I feel better about that now.
I do still have my old table and chairs in storage "just in case" although my dresser went at the weekend.

I contacted the furniture company yesterday to see whether it's likely that I'll actually get my furniture that I ordered a month ago before Christmas.
I'll give them until Monday and then I'll ring them. I've got tomorrow to decide whether to cancel and go elsewhere.

Bought the flooring for the dining room today. Now I just need to choose a paint colour, pack up the dresser contents,get rid of the furniture, paint the walls and get the floor down before the new furniture gets here.
