Arne Slot has clearly prioritised defending better since the PSV game. Understandable, and it’s worked defensively with keepers have basically nothing to do for 2 and half games. Trouble is we don’t like we have a clue now how to score a goal. #EPL-Live

Arsenal are likely to win the league this season. They are on track for 83/84pts at present. Liverpool got 84pts last season and gave up with 4 games left.

‘Other policies’. Yes, hating large swathes of the population because they don’t like genocide, racism or being anti-science, won’t make you very popular despite some economic twiddling.
The fundamental political-economy for the government is that is objectively implementing a soft left economic policy on speed whilst being hated by lots of left leaning people because of its other policies and rhetoric.

It is IMO not possible to operate any kind of meaningful democracy when your national press is a joke and a travesty, but your mileage on that may vary. I think it’s incontestable that it is impossible to govern well and effectively, while being in hock to these pantomime clowns.

No. Labour have racist policy because they are led by racist idealists. It’s not about the electorate.
