Southwest Chicken & Rice. Genuinely had fun making this one, picking up better habits on the prep phase, as I prepared everything that wasn't the chicken before kicking the whole thing off and portioned it out, so it was just drop it all in as it dictates it.

This is genuinely important. I started doing this and it actually helped me stop making bad faith takes about everything and seeing some things as not-malicious as they were supposed to be.
