Morroyo had to leave his family behind when he went to Limsa to study arcanima. He could have stayed with the M Tribe, but he wouldn't be the same person as he is now. He wouldn't have traveled as much or seen as much or met the people who shaped him.

Tini is a minimum height Lalafell, which puts her around 2'6 (76 cm) on the height scale.

As a warrior main, this looks hilarious during the WAR quests with the big Roegadyn guys. 😆😆😆 She KNOWS she's tiny, but she doesn't care. She lets her axe do the talking.

Lewin has to deal with his desire to heal people and the rage and need for revenge for injustice to himself and others.

He has a lot of issues to sort through. Now he has friends and loved ones to help. But he still has a bit of a split personality with himself and his DRK persona.

Lewin is bewildered that the WHM crystal chose HIM of all people.

Tini comes from a wealthy merchant's family in Ul'dah, so she's at the Gold Saucer a LOT. Lewin's a little too honest to be a gambler...he has a horrible poker face. 😆

Tini and Lewin are diametrically opposite when it comes to luck and the Golden Saucer. Tini is extraordinarily lucky when it comes to mahjong. Lewin is miserably UNlucky. So much so that it's part of their lore now. Lewin tends to bet small because he KNOWS that RNG hates him. 😆

Morroyo tends to have tunnel vision when he's healing. He heals everyone first and sometimes forgets to Heal himself too.

Lewin moves a LOT as a Bard or Viper. Sometimes too much. He reacts by instinct, which is sometimes wrong. 😆

Morroyo: Almost all of it? 😆He's an older WoL, so his story doesn't match MSQ much. His original story had him and his twin brother being found by Lominsan pirates (his reason for being in Limsa in the first place and for his non-canonical name...)

His Marauder alt keeps this backstory. 😁

Morroyo has tribal tattoos under his eyes. Originally, he also had orange markings on his forehead and cheeks. Those tattoos denoted his status as his father's eldest son and heir.

He later had those orange tattoos removed when he gave up his right of succession to his younger brother.

For Theo: a LOT of stuff in ARR.

Unlike Hilo and the others that were helpful adventurers that became heroes, Theodis was a former mercenary serving time by working with the Scions. He was not the charismatic do-gooder like some of the dialogue paints the WoL to be back then.

#Elftober Day 9: Orange

The orange sands of the Sagolii Desert. Although Kezz's family is originally from Gridania, he considers Ul'dah home. He first trained in the Pugilist's Guild, then studied Monk techniques in Ala Mhigo.

His favorite monk weapons are called the "Points of the Demon."

Kezz casually drops by The Last Stand. Dickon knows his drink order by heart. He sends a message to his wife Raven via tomestone: "I'm here, what do you want me to order for you?"

Two, actually. This is from "First Impressions" (archiveofourown.org/works/51704092). My Viera, Kaliyah Satelani, meets Morroyo for the first time in the Arcanists' Guild. He isn't what she expects.

Kaliyah looked over at the tall Roegadyn woman who stood next to the bookcase. Mistress Thurbygeim Guldweitzwyn seemed unfazed by the general chaos of the room. She chatted with a man who had his back to Kaliyah. The man was shorter than most of the Assessors. He wore a purple coat edged with fuzzy trim in a lighter lavender, over a black shirt and pants, which were tucked into knee high black boots. An ornate Summoner's tome was on his belt, the covers wrapped in leather and the pages gilt in gold leaf. His long black hair spilled over his shoulders and down his back. There were definite white streakes in the black. To Kaliyah's surprise, he also had the pointed ears and the tail of a Miqo'te.

His ears perked up at her approach even before he turned to look at her. She reminded herself that Miqo'te hearing was much more sensitive than most; the loud conversations in the room muffled the sound of the tassels and the bells of her clothing. He had piercing yellow eyes and tribal markings under them. There were many laugh lines at the corners, but there was a worldly weariness to them as well, as if he had seen almost too much. A scruff of dark hair adorned his angular chin. The top of his head barely reached Kaliyah's shoulder, but he held himself so proudly that he could have been half an ilm taller.
