I wish Congress could stop individual patient’s insurance companies from calling doctors asking them why they’re not prescribing specifically named medications 4 the patient and if they won’t prescribe it then asking for a written reason. That feels like they’re in w pharmacies @crockett.house.gov

Dems shld sue and indict individuals. SCOTUS said potus can’t be prosecuted but not others. If you do something as instructed by the elected or u draw up plans to present to the elected or work in hand w the elected -that u know or shld know he doesn’t have authority for, u shld be held accountable.

Greim is pushing to make Sec. 2 claims harder to prove. Until now, the Court has held that discriminatory voting practices can be struck down under Sec. 2 even without proof so long as their effects dilute minority voting power.
