he didn't even have a case. he was just selling a cheap DS knock-off with hundreds of nintendo roms on it. when someone told him it wasn't legal, he said "nintendo ain't gonna do shit."

then nintendo proceeded to do shit.

it was glorious. a day after he challenged nintendo to something to him, they bought out his web address. so anytime you typed in the webstore for his game system, it went to nintendo's website.

keep in mind, he didn't know what liscensed games were when he was trying to his sell his own game system, thought he owned atari when he just bought some bitcoin, and then challenged nintendo to do something to him and was surprised when they did.

imagine picking phil or jey to be world champ over the most over, charismatic and marketable face in the company. i dont like much about the E, but they are fumbling so hard on LA knight.

i'm not being DSP where i'm begging for money for every little thing. i just need enough to the point where i'm not pulling out my hair, wondering where i can some extra cash.

so not even getting a simple happy birthday or anything feels like everyone is taking me for granted. all i want is some goddamn appreciation and i can't even get that. never once complained to them as my finances are being utterly gutted.

i've had to sell so many of my board games for stuff for the house. i've done so much for so many folks. and all i wanted was just someone to tell me "i appreciate what you have given up this year for your family".

i had over 1k saved up in the bank and 900 in stocks that i've carefully managed for the last 5 years. that's almost gone. family does donate but only to my cash app. and all of what they give me, it goes to my folks. so no one is really helping me.

i've barely spent any of my own money because everything else i have is being used by my parents, who are in the red themselves because of medical and insurance. stuff i realistically shouldn't be paying for.
