Bummed about my beloved Vols losing to Alabama, but proud to see about 8000 folks in Knoxville and 7 million across the country (and more around the world) taking part in the No Kings Protests today!

Alabama defeats Tennessee 37-20. The Crimson Tide were able to make some long drives and wear down the Vols. Meanwhile Tennessee made too many mental errors that have been the norm in so many of these losses at Bryant-Denny. There is still a small path for the Vols, but they need to clean it up.

Mistakes like Tennessee has made tonight is the reason why the Vols have not won in this stadium since 2003. Game not over yet, but there have been some real missed opportunities.

Alabama with a 99 yard pick 6 to end the first half. Alabama leads Tennessee 23-7. Vols could have been down two but instead have a tough climb out of a hole on the road.

They definitely need to do that. Alabama has not been able to run the ball well but the Vols have not been great on run defense either. Something has to give.

Shibley’s Pick: Hope I am wrong on this one. The Vols defense is worrying me and Ty Simpson has been great for the Crimson Tide. I believe Aguilar and Company score plenty, but the Tide at home make a key stop and take the win. ALABAMA 41 TENNESSEE 35
