In my essay, I identified large language models (LLMs) as an innovation that can usher a golden age of science, only if our educational systems shift from rote memorization to critical thinking and exploring the creative process of generating ideas.

This year, they asked early career scientists and health professionals globally to identify a specific innovation in education or training to build a sustainable, inclusive, and successful biomedical research workforce.
