It was the Trump admin that in Feb 2020 signed off on the Doha Accords, which outlined the withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan in exchange for Taliban security guarantees. That was the work of the Trump & Sec of State Pompeo. Graham KNOWS this but he’s a snake.
