Hey Dungeoneers, Shattered Pixel Dungeon has been patched to v3.2.5, with a couple more small interface improvements and a bunch of little fixes. This should hopefully be the final patch for v3.2 as I move on to early work on the next update!

There aren't any direct links in game. While I did start it I'm not super active in moderating the discord anymore and so I don't want to link to communities and be responsible for them.
The exp bar was moved from the top of the screen to the left side just under the hero's portrait.
I don't intend to put in a toggle to revert this change, but obviously I won't do nothing if it's also making a significant users motion sick. Can you provide me any addition info about this for you, such as what device your using, how quickly it affects you, etc?
Hey Dungeoneers, Shattered Pixel Dungeon has been patched to v3.2.4! This is hopefully the last patch with major technical improvements following v3.2, but it's a doozy. It includes mobile layout improvements and a new title screen background!

Hey Dungeoneers, Shattered Pixel Dungeon has been patched to v3.2.3, with more tech improvements and modernizations for mobile users! Most notably, Shattered now supports true edge-to-edge fullscreen on most game interfaces, with one more to come in a future patch.

Hey Dungeoneers, Shattered Pixel Dungeon has been patched to v3.2.2! This patch is mostly focused on technical improvements on Android and iOS. There'll be more patches later, in particular I want to improve support for phones with smaller display cutouts like hole punches.

The first patch for Shattered Pixel Dungeon v3.2 just released!

v3.2.1 focuses on some bug fixes and balance improvements following the release of v3.2.0. There'll be more patches to come, which will include some technical improvements.

Honestly it's a difficult thing to give specific advice for. My best suggestions are to be careful of committing to a big project (start VERY small) and... just.. do it! It's better to get started mucking around than worrying about picking the best tools. Modding is a great place to start too.

the cleric in shattered pixel dungeon has this really cool design with a spellbook attached to a chain on the belt and I want to draw it
The last Shattered Pixel Dungeon update included a little green bow icon for when the Ferret Tuft was the reason an attack missed. I'm now extending that system to all accuracy and evasion effects! This should make their impact much more visible.

The next update to Shattered Pixel Dungeon will feature an overhaul to thrown weapons! They will now work in sets of three, which can be upgraded as a unit. This means lots of weapon properties will apply to them, including enchantments!

Thanks for the kind words! I can't take much credit for the texel rotation in Shattered though, it was mostly done by Pixel Dungeon's developer, @watabou.bsky.social .

Also, in Toby's defense, Undertale's battles involve a heck of a lot more movement than Shattered.
You can access talents from the hero info panel. Tap/check on the hero's portrait in the game's interface.
The game has some communities where you can ask questions, but I'm fine with the occasional message too.

Talent points are gained as you level up, so the only way to get more is to keep exploring through the dungeon and defeating enemies.
I do plan to continue adding more content as I update the game, though things generally have to go one at a time as It's just me working on it. In the next update I plan to overhaul and possibly expand on thrown weapons.
