I cannot recommend you enough to install the Wikipedia app on your devices and use it like you would any search engine. Nowadays they even have tabs so you can open many articles at once.

And, if you can, please donate to the foundation. It has survived the internet enshittification that way.

It really does. I can't emphasize enough that every KH game IS important and fans ARE aware of that, so you'd at least guarantee a good year or two of service. Dissidia doesn't have that audience, and I really can't see people sticking around for long with it being a F2P mobile game

I'm also assuming contractual bullshit on this. Either Disney cut the cord or SE has something going on w/ Dissidia that they couldn't get away from. I've seen people theorize that SE could have a tie-in deal w/ a fashion brand for Dissidia, hence why all the characters can wear modern outfits.

Craziest thing is I (and many others) would've easily picked up ML to at least get the story. KH fans trudged through UX's game even if they hated the gameplay to have their fix, so ML was guaranteed to get SOME attention. I can't imagine the new dissidia getting even close to that retention.

I was okay with ML being cancelled bc I hoped that mean SE wasn't going to push out mobile gacha slop and we'd get more AA or AAA titles instead, but not even half a year later they announce this shit!!! They pretended to learn something and then kept plodding along!!!

I still can't get over the new dissidia game, not because it looks bad and will likely be a gacha hell, but because Missing Link got kicked to the curb after an open beta (which usually means it's close to done!) and it looks functionally identical to what dissidia is about to do

I mean, ZA already has a lot of mixed opinions, but most of the complaints I've seen haven't been from the changes, it's from the things that have stayed the same. Pokemon's suffering from "if it ain't broke don't fix it" mentality and they refuse to do anything bc it makes a morbillion dollars

I know I'm not a fan but I truly think that these first two episodes, if not the rest of the season, will go up there with GoT season 8 and "somehow, Palpatine returned" levels of self-destruction and stupid writing. What a god damn show, I'll be amazed if there's an 11th season.

My parents and I watched the first two episodes of 9-1-1 (they're fans, I'm morbidly curious) and I truly can't understand how this season got greenlit aside from prior seasons' momentum. This show treats its audience like they're stupid and jumps the shark every five minutes, actually awful.
