A Willard woman is charged with felony second-degree murder, tampering with physical evidence, financial institution accounts fraud and stealing after she allegedly strangled and beat a 74-year-old man to death and took money out of his bank account.

The former owner of Affordable Towing has pleaded guilty to mail fraud, aggravated identity theft and money laundering. Dennis Cleveland was previously convicted of tampering with the emissions controls of his company’s diesel towing vehicles.
