(1/4) Overwork for paid and unpaid labour is gendered violence. Overwork as gendered violence means excessive work demands, unsafe working conditions, and any related stressors disproportionately harming/impacting women, femme, and gender non-conforming persons.

The history informing this article is really cool. But I hope these cafes weren't SWERFy. The sex/porn wars of the 1980s to the present were/are a heck of a thing. Cafes weren't the only things feeding the "feminist" movement
