1 horror movie every day of October:

5-MAGNETIC ROSE, Kōji Morimoto (1995)
Absolutely do it yeah! They look so smooth in game.

Since learning the marmoset bevel shader almost all of my workflows use it now it's so nice and it costs nothing performance wise.
very crude breakdown of my process for processing simulated mesh from marvellous designer into an approximately medium poly output that retains low frequency folds in mesh and high frequency folds in normal bakes.

typically I don't retain low freq detail in mesh but this one was a treat to myself.
Mini breakdown of a commission I recently completed for a private client. a leather "hood" for @neotoasteo.bsky.social 's Gouganoid base.

Tried a new technique of using marmoset toolbag's bevel shader to smoothly fillet all the leather work and seamlessly integrate floating boolean cuts
So true bestie 💯😩👀✅

the patcher programs are using diff patches which work on the binary data of the fbx. any time an fbx is edited in a 3d program the entire binary contents of the fbx changes meaning the patch would completely break the model file. Which is why the patcher programs refuse to work on an edited fbx.

Day one of pretending Death Stranding 2 doesn't exist until it hits PC. Brutal as the first game is easily one of my favorite games of all time. Not too bad as someone who barely spends anytime online though. Surely we won't have to wait a full year for the PC port, surely...

Sex is great, but what about the inescapable allure of the inclined elevator.
if I see this in your blender window I'm immediately suspicious of you
Sadly not on mobile yet, but the shader code is so simple that I would be surprised if vrchat didn't add support to the standard shader soon
Much more efficient. the vertices are straight up thrown away before they can be rendered so you save what it would've cost to render them. + It's extremely helpful for clothing makers because there is no possibility of clipping because the mesh literally doesn't exist anymore. UV discard is neat!
This literally fixed my mouse too.
I use the back button to toggle mute in discord and it was "bouncing" but blowing into it just fixed it immediately 😂 I don't know whether to be impressed or pissed off. Maybe a combination of both
Glad I'm not alone in this!
I love taking wip screenshots when working. I just upgraded my monitor and it feels so much nicer delivering wip updates with higher resolution Win+Shift+S screenshots
dress baking 🍞, I loveth marmoset toolbag
highly enjoying my 2 week trial of marvelous designer

I create to survive reality, too.
Bunny Suit asset I'm working on for Reign-04's Fennek, doing a lot of hand painting for normals. and it's paying off big time

I knew buying 10 brush packs years ago would pay off

Most Synth Furries: clean, sleek, often the only sign that they're not organic is the panel seams and the glowy eyes or having metallic skin w/o fur

Synths I need more of: industrial grade, powerloader-ass designs, coated in coolant-sweat and oils and dirt and grime, and fucking em resembles this
