Hopefully it has lived up to my pitch :)
We enjoy hearing what games people want us to play. In fact, The reason why we ran The Queen of the Night was because @sentinelhillpress.bsky.social asked us to.

Does it mean we'd spend hours running your game? Who knows?

I suppose you'll never know if you don't ask.
We have a another great week of games ahead - including a big thank you to those of you who showed up, shared, and supported our charity stream for Feeding America!

We have big plans for 2026 but what would you like to see us play?

You can still donate!

Here’s that scenario inspiration you were looking for…

I measure my need for a haircut on the ‘Anton Chigurh’ scale, with 1 being a perfect copy. Anything over .75 means it is time for a trim. Probably above .6 currently, maybe close to .7.

I’m thankful for a good meal and good company. Also you, internet stranger. I’m glad you’re out there and not here as then there’d be less cranberry tart for me.

It’s supposed to be a winged face, but it kind of looks like the turkey craft project that my first grader brought home from school yesterday. It marks the grave of Hannah Kingsbury (d.1769) at North Cemetery in Hampton, Connecticut, and it was made by Joseph Marsh.

Were I to submit a scenario to a publisher and I named a billionaire’s pet AI project “Prometheus”, I am very certain Zid be told to change the name for being too cliched and obvious.

Shout-out to @tidalwavegames.com for letting me run @sentinelhillpress.bsky.social's fantastic #CallOfCthulhu oneshot "The Dare" for their home table last night! It's the second time I've run it, and it went wildly different than last time. I had an absolute blast!

In 1853 the city of Worcester decided to have the long-closed burying ground on Worcester Common laid flat. While some of the stones (and remains) have since been moved, many remain.

I was interviewed about it in my local newspaper…

I love it when a book of gravestone inscriptions includes illustrations so detailed I can potentially ID the carver. More like this please!

In a twist perhaps familiar to Call of Cthulhu players, a side investigation of mine has uncovered evidence that a gravestone carver though to have died in 1771 in Pennsylvania lived at least to 1778, perhaps longer, in New York State.
