Episode 2 strayed subtly from the outline, and Sam has grown to be a much more significant character once I started exploring his relationship (hostile) to Al. The dynamic is an improvement, but also means I need to rethink the second half of Episode 1. #FirstDraftFall
Al is cis-aro-ace and is designed to be a bit of a jerk. I needed him to have a disregard for the feelings of others so long as their overall wellbeing is okay, and want him to not feel romantic or sexual attachments in order to stretch myself a bit as an author (Usually I default to Make It Gay).

Ooh, an easy one! I need a comfy place to sit, and my coffee fills me with the right mixture of piss and vinegar to write things, but I am my own jukebox and I probably forgot the outline anyway, so coffee and chair and I won't care!
