WHAT LIES BENEATH was The Number One Movie in America (even though the trailer gives everything away) and we are here to slowly drown you in its charms. Plus discussion of ONE BATTLE AFTER ANOTHER, ROOFMAN, and that Taylor Swift thing. We also close the loop on zombie dong! bit.ly/UrWifeLOL

I am almost mad myself.

Does that link just go to the document with instructions? Will update but want to do so with the smoothest/"correct" spot

A mall that isn't struggling (but is bemoaned as such due to a deeply loaded media narrative based on ... demographics) but instead remains a beloved landmark and vital "third place" ... or a Walmart.

Why is this decision hard?

It’s shocking that anyone thinks the proposed redevelopment of Monroeville Mall is a good idea.

For werewolves, I usually go classic — Wolf Man or Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man. Ginger Snaps is good for a more modern option.

Still might vote for it, it's just too good

Either go to the fanciest theater you can and prepare to nod off, wait for streaming and be ready to bail or just skip it.

I defy anyone to tell me what happens in minutes 75-100 of that movie

I didn't write a review of TRON: ARES because it's too boring and I feel asleep and I don't care.

So I guess that's the review?

There's never been a bigger gap between the visual/audio experience and the plot. Terminally boring. 3/10 🎥

If I tell people how to enjoy it, it'll be harder for me to enjoy! This is why I never reveal my PPG Paints Arena parking method.

"Peanut, the point of the walk is to walk. It's not to find the smelliest stuff in the neighborhood."

Thanks! With the storefront down the road, I'm gonna need a bigger shelf.

Even after seeing the great response to the soft opening, I'm still shocked.

The weird thing about people decrying physical media is ... it's not binary? I watch streaming and I also spend money on awesome little objects with movies on them. One is convenient, the other is quality.

Anyway, I went to @vinsyn.bsky.social Pittsburgh!

Well, I'm with Pittsburgh Magazine, not the City Paper! But either way, I'm afraid not — our very small staff size usually prevents us from attending groundbreakings, grand openings and similar events. Apologies! But congrats on the great progress in Swissvale!
