Today Is the first day I don't feel like I'm screaming on the inside. The release of energy last night thru the first tears ive cried since my wife passed away was so much. Medication to hide grief only goes so far. My cold look was more for me than anyone else. After 8.5 years I was ready.

Yes I have unhealed trauma. I have issues feeling inadequate. I feel angry because everyone else can do the things I only dream of. I feel so held back. I feel inferior.

I think RFK is clearly showing how incompetent he is to be in charge of the health department. There are things he's doing i agree with like the dyes and additives, but on vaccines and illness he's gotta go.

So yeah I've figured it out... its me. I'm my own worst enemy when it comes to women. Just my presence just tells the other gender to ignore me or never respond. Its why dating is a joke in 2025.
