A problem with these games, and indies at large, is that they mimic the aesthetic of what they like instead of emulating and improving the game design. The amount of "Like X but worse" coming out recently has been kind of fatiguing.

i am BEGGING the kings field-likes to please, please add armor and equipment beyond just weapons, finding cool shit and constantly getting new cool armor designs and shit is very important to the design of those games

it is DEFINITELY sloppy here and there, struggled immensely with glueing the small parts, but i'm pretty happy with this as a first timer. Looking forward to painting it, I'll be applying primer on friday and painting sunday and throughout the rest of the week
