Vietnam & China had Communism but they have embraced capitalism. Russia is simply a dictatorship, where most of the money flows to a few Oligarch & Putin. The Russian People have never known anything but corrupt dictatorships for centuries. Trump's goal wants his own Oligarchs.

States should enact laws, that REQUIRE federal law enforcement to abide by the same laws that the State Police follow? State Police need to identify themselves upon request, wear NAME ID on their uniform, having a working body camera & are NOT allowed to wear a face MASK. WHY don't the feds?
