I'm reading 8 Lives of a Century-old Trickster, by Mirinae Lee. I had to stop and do some 'net searching after the chapter set in 1950. I'd heard about, read about the Japanese forces use of 'Comfort Women' in Korea. I don't recall reading about the level of abuse Korean women faced from US forces

I've had problems sorting out whether something is ironic or not: does this qualify? The POTUS who's been so busy calling Somalians in the US garbage, telling them to go home - bragging about hijacking a ship at sea, sort of like a band of Somalian pirates. Irony? Or just Trump being an ass again?
