I'm not a cool guy anymore, as if I ever was before. The Arsenal, dogs, etc.
If anybody has ever wondered how important perspective or framing are...

The President of the United States just called for Democratic members of Congress to be executed. "HANG THEM", he posted.

If you're a person of influence in this country and you haven't picked a side, maybe now would be the time to pick a fucking side.

This is gross and I don't know why anyone would want to listen to AI remade slop of real artists' material. www.brooklynvegan.com/major-labels...

It's basically the plot of The Constant Gardener.
Years ago I worked for a CRO. The lead veterinarian told us a story about how they were testing a drug in rabbits that was harming them to the point the CRO abruptly cancelled the study. They informed the study sponsor who replied that they were also doing human trials with the same drug in Africa.
“due to no legal or policy restrictions.”

Testing on brown people before using it on you. American voters, foreign policy is domestic policy. This truth can no longer be ignored for the panacea of a mythical lesser evil.

Well, that was shit.

Dunno man, this feels like one of those matches where the ball is just not going to break our way.

Smith sold that defender a bridge.

Oh, Stina. Gotta stay over it.

That free kick routine was a perfect encapsulation of the half.

Refs not allowing quick free kicks is up there with the delayed offsides call in my book.

Mario, shoot!

Thought Kyra was going to bury that from distance. Cut across it way too much.

Have Texas A&M considered not playing South Carolina?

Wow, that was one hell of a counter by the Spirit.

From this minister's op-ed: "People wanting to experience God are more likely to meet the Divine trying to shut down the Broadview, Illinois, ICE facility than we ever were in church...God does not live in our houses of worship, but...with those who are bearing the brunt of cruelty in this moment."

Ah, this is fantastic and brings up great memories of my Sitti (we called her Doll) and her sisters arguing in the kitchen while churning out batches of ma'moul and ka'ak which my sister's and I would demolish as soon as we were allowed to take one.

Complete erasure will never be possible – because Palestinians endure. And we will remember. Not just in body, but in memory, in story, in taste.

The administration is deliberately starving poor people so that Dems will agree to radically slash the healthcare available to poor people.

Do not let its familiarity dull your outrage. This is monstrous, unforgivable shit.
The Trump administration told states that they must “immediately undo” any actions to provide full food stamp benefits to low-income families, in a move that added to the chaos surrounding the nation’s largest anti-hunger program during the government shutdown. www.nytimes.com/2025/11/09/b...

A squib kick to give Penn State the ball at the 36? Not what I would have done.

What Phil said.
You can't say anything about referees without being accused of saltiness, or sour grapes, but Craig Pawson was an embarrassment today.

Completely gave into the crowd (and Sunderland falling over) at every opportunity, with some bizarre decision making along the way. Shocking.
November 8, 2025 at 8:24 PM
Anyway, I'm gonna drink these beers and do some handyman stuff around the house. What else could go wrong today?
November 8, 2025 at 8:23 PM
Welp, we didn't deserve to win that. Points dropped, hopefully some lessons learned. Pawson is an absolutely shit ref, but we have ourselves to blame. Also, Mikel might have gotten it all wrong by not going to the subs in such a physical match. MLS in the middle or Hincapie or both 🤷‍♂️
