Light sleeper as well. That’s exactly how my arms are folded, when I sleep on my side. The extra pillow keeps me from folding them too much and that way I’m not flexing or straining. My tennis elbow isn’t from sleeping wrong. Sleeping wrong is preventing my tennis elbow heal from healing.

Holy shit. Are you kidding me? I’ve had it in both my arms for 6 months straight. I JUST realized it was from sleep. I wake up in PAIN. I figured it out by mistake when I realized the way my wrists bent, was flexing my arms every nite. I was literally aggravating my tendons while I was asleep

I’m won’t lie, when APPLE unveiled that Liquid Glass IOS 26, preview early this summer I thought it was pretty blah, but now that it’s out, I actually like it. It seems cleaner. Actually a lot of ios26 stuff i thought was underwhelming is pretty cool.

Finished Alien Earth. Couldn’t have asked for a better series. Definitely puts the Alien franchise in a REALLY good spot. The plot/look/story/acting/twists were fantastic. Oh yeah, the music was tip top!
