Omg yeah. I worked at a supp store and the FDA stepped in & shut down so many popular pre workouts over the yrs bc they essentially were powdered adderall. And some Passed The Blood Brain Barrier. This is huge imo

Im so very sorry youre suffering like this. I see you posting and doing your due diligence and i understand your frustrations. As someone who has been extremely in the red profusely, it does get better. You will manage to find a way out or to alleviate your major stresses and get help.
