Potentially weird question for fellow hypermobile folks: can you move your trachea around? Because I can and it really freaks my mum out

He stands out in the hallway rustling packages and after a while he says in a tiny voice "... Is there anyone there?", it's causing problems and is a bit spooky 4/10
