I think you could market “driving in with Justin” and we would all fill up the whole skytrain at that time in the morning. Thank you for the beautiful photo.

Thank you so much for letting me know about this great group committed to producing good public space. Please let me know if there is a link where I can hear the talk.
Independent media is so important. 7 million people across the United States showed up at these demonstration walks, which were peaceful. Almost no reporting on this. This is not the report’s fault. This is because media is not independent.
It’s market rental folks! Should the city of Vancouver be in the business of providing market rental units that are not scaled for the actual income of people in Vancouver? Is this really what the city of Vancouver should be involved in instead of affordable co-op units? What a travesty.
Be like the mayor of London. It’s easy to be trained in a quick session how to use these defibrillators. There are instructions on them if you need to learn as you use them.

Kudos to Vancouver secondary students that insisted on them being in schools. They simply save lives. Get them everywhere.
Defibrillators save lives.

That’s why City Hall is investing £150,000 to support the London Ambulance Service in getting more of these life-saving devices into our communities. This funding will help ensure more Londoners get the urgent care they need, when they need it most.

We know speeding is incredibly dangerous and that virtually every driver (including me) is guilty of it.

Let’s break with the past.
-suspend drivers for excessive or repeat speeding
-lower speed limits to what is actually safe
-automate enforcement with speed cameras anywhere there are kids
This story is heartbreaking.

Billions of dollars of structures destroyed, thousands of people lost their houses, 12 people lost their lives. And it appears it was a young Uber driver who actually created an image on ChatGPT of people fleeing for their lives from fire that started the whole thing.

In 2022, Ken Sim said line item budget comparisons were the cornerstone of his budget policy if he got elected mayor.

In 2025, he voted against it happening for a budget presentation with potentially $100 million in cuts because his newly appointed city manager told him no.

When Oxford Street went traffic-free for one extraordinary day, the number of visitors flocking there increased by nearly 50%.

By choosing to be imaginative and bold, we can deliver a better future for Oxford Street: a cleaner, traffic-free world-class public space.

Research shows that eating two apples, nuts, and vegetables is even better for you, very skilful hype sold dark chocolate.
Sadly for chocoholics, the health claims for dark chocolate come from wishful thinking and sly marketing, not the findings of science
Is dark chocolate actually healthy?

Seriously, one of the silliest ideas I’ve ever heard from this gentleman and there’s been a few DOOZERS. Does he even know why the region was developed in the first place, for serious things like flooding and coordinated response among the municipalities? With the people that live here?
