I saw something recently that said a strategy for adhd is you just need to commit to doing 30%. The full scope of 100% of a project is just too overwhelming. So just start with some thumbnails or sketches for now and then commit to another 30% another day or week. Any progress IS progress

You might know - is there a way to block specific LINKS on here? Like, if someone links an NYT article or WaPo or Politico in their post, it blocks it? (I've tried it via muting keywords but it doesn't work that way.)

You might be able to just replace the battery, rather than the whole phone.

I don't know if there's an Asurion or something near you, but it's worth looking into. I was able to get the battery replaced on mine, eked it out a while longer, then eventually replaced the phone.
