How is my back hurt?? I worked all day just fine, got home, ate, and not until I'm trying to shower after 13 hours does it start aching until I can barely bend. And still hurts. So, guess instead of work it's time for the doctor. Yay 💀

Fun fact: I still get a little nervous giving myself a shot. I worry about the sting of the poke and doing it wrong. Even after a couple years of this.
It's never that bad and I've only ever gotten a little sore at worst. Still, I psyche myself up for it every time. Gotta do it even if it is scary
