Berwyn, Evanston, Norwood Park, River Forest, Riverside, and Rogers Park Townships are now open for filing property tax assessment appeals with the Cook County Board of Review. The deadline for these townships is August 5th, with any additional evidence due August 15th.

🌭 The iconic Windy City Hot Dog Fest took place last weekend, with our staff available to assist festival-going homeowners during all three days. It was great weather for the second weekend of our Summer Outreach Program, and our neighbor, Chicago English Bulldog Rescue, added to the fun! 🌭
