King Odysseus is a paradoxical figure. Perhaps an encapsulation of all that drives humanity in it's seach for self-insight, grief and longing for a return to a home that may be an idealistic dream. There is much to reflect in this (flawed) Hero's Journey.

On the previous day I could only manage to take photos of the sky from inside the house. Standing outside in high winds wouldn't have been a good idea! It looked like a wound had opened up in the sky. A metaphor for our current world state?
