I'm going to preface that since blue sky has innate filtering, I'm going to be more lax w/ who I follow
The main reason I didn't follow nsfw accounts back on twitter was the worry of nsfw post suggestions being given to people who shouldn't or don't want to see them

Apparently P*ypal now asks for customer opinions on accounts sending invoices.
If you are paying an invoice to a nsfw artist, do NOT mention NSFW in any way, keep it blank even. you risk both your account and the artists.
