20. Getting my bb some stuff so we can make her halloween costume, having dinner with my parents, and then it's time to record "Bigbo Quest: Blightmare" tonight! Extra excited cause we're gonna get our Halloween special out on 10/30!

I get to play more DeltaRune after work tomorrow!
I get that, cause damn, they added so much to YuGiOh that they've had to make two other versions of the game.

I love GX, though I was very late watching it.

And yeah I still don't even have a good way to explain links. Every sentence comes with a "...but it could also..." tangent halfway through 😂
My deck back in the "Ew, I don't want any of these new cards" era was a hybrid blue-eyes toon dragon & exodia deck with like 7 different draw engines.

After playing a while and accepting the new mechanics, I'm now a Time Thief boy. I love their weird tricks 🤙
Okay, so the Live Laugh Loot vs Bigbo Quest YuGiOh Tournament is very unlikely, but not impossible. Noted.

(We could get you a duel Ratatouille or somethin.' The science will be ready eventually)
@wolfkaosaun.bsky.social and @ayitsgreyj.bsky.social don't happen to know how to play YuGiOh, do they? 👀

don't give these accounts the air they desire. i know "block and move on" is kind of a meme at this point, but these guys aren't even funny to dunk on.

one little click and you don't have to see the racist, ai-ridden bullshit they're already posting

Welp, that's about all the thoughts in my brain this Friday mornin'.

I'd rant about Sinners, but just, like, you should watch Sinners. It speaks for itself.

I think this long thread is cause the next few days might be real short. If you read any of this, holy shit, thanks!
I've struggle to find time to listen to new podcasts I want to for a while, but I know I'll have time once my campaign of Bigbo Quest is over.

Side note, I learned to not try to fall asleep listening to @storylords.bsky.social cause I will genuinely laugh myself awake every single time. 69/10
I've relistened to shows like The Adventure Zone & Pretend Friends when I've gone through bad times, so hearing that someone finds anything I make worthy of revisiting makes me happy.

I don't relisten to shows often amymore but, sometimes I will when I'm trying to go to bed without an audiobook.
Speaking of people that inspire me to keep going, dear god, JackofNoTrades has been sending me a bunch of Bigbo Quest art. (which I'll be sharing later @bigbomedia.bsky.social )

I thought it was WILD someone was current on the show, but Johnny even said he'd relistened since then.
When I do that, I've started reading through @spacekings.space and @jeffpennington.art's Patreon feeds instead of climbing Mt. Doomscroll.

They are incredibly encouraging people who are honest about the ups and downs of the creative process. And their work often encourages me to keep going.
19. I finished DeltaRune chapter 2 last night. I really love this game so far, but I don't wanna talk about it in depth until I'm at least caught up to what's out.

I feel pretty low energy, but I gotta work today. At least I get to just sit at a desk and fuck around on INNERNET until I'm needed.

Seeing game devs take a "the customer is always right" approach to feedback is so sad because like I get it from a PR perspective, but...

1) The customer is always wrong

2) Your customers are gamers, so they're twice as wrong
I'm about to become a Maple Street monster if I don't get my 'tricity back. I'm tryna watch my program!

(I was .2 seconds from starting 'Sinners' when everything cut off)
I love all of these sassy bitches a lot. I'm gonna walk around and talk to everyone before ending the chapter.

Also, my power just went out, so that changes my whole day.
18. The mystery has begun unraveling in today's Bigbo Quest and I'm excited to see how things progress after we do our Halloween special.

Almost finished chapter 2 of DeltaRune. I'm very rusty with my bullet-hell abilities, but I reflexively beat the unholy fuck out of Giga Queen on sight.

His bloodwork was over $400 and he was apparently a demon, and I'm still very available for commissions as well as production work! Huge thanks to everyone who has chipped in to help us out so far <3

Jekyll needs to go to the vet because he’s been fainting or having partial seizures. He is 17 so we are starting with updated bloodwork but it will still be a few hundred dollars. Bad luck on top of everything else!

Consider donating to my Ko-Fi or perhaps getting a commission!

I've filtered DeltaRune out of my socials, so online, I'm not seeing any community, fanart or anything.

I've synthetically recreated what it was like when I played and fell in love with Undertale.

I'm glad I won't be nicotine dependent when it's time for a new flood of Toby Fox fan content though.
17: I got Bigbo Quest 10 up on Patreon yesterday, out everywhere tomorrow. We record our Halloween special this weekend and I'm really excited for it.

I'm nearing the end of Chapter 2 of DeltaRune. I like this dumb bird now. I want a Susie plush very badly and Lancer is my son.
Man, if they were casting when I was around that age, I'd be a hell of a stunt child.

Seriously though, knowing the exact grief this is based on makes it so sad on top of the already heavy general message.
16: I'm sick and stuck at home, but I got everything done yesterday.

I'm gonna get real high and watch Zac Cregger's Weapons for the first time. Barbarian was one of the most surprising horror movies I've seen in years, so I'm excited. Also, I was a huge WKUK fan when I was a kid. Rip Local Sexpot.
The last part was a joke, I am still determined to quit 🤙
I died for the first time so far, and to that fuckin' bird boi too.

The game over music hits though.
It's no 'Determination' but it's REAL good.

This concludes my DeltaRune vape nuzlocké, I'm about to hit three of em in my mouth and nostrils.

Ima send a Stephen King's 'The Mist' upon this town

The Regime's goal is to grind everyone down. Plain & simple. Our goal is to refuse this by taking turns to fight where and how we can. When one group needs to bow out, then another group needs to step in and so on. We don't all have to do everything. We can all do something though. Stay in the fight
