Yeah. The only reason I know is Rutger and the director discussed it in the commentary for The Hitcher. I think it was on last year's 4k release, which was very well done.

RIP Struzan the king

Screen-printed poster with art by Drew Struzan in a simple black frame. This is his poster for the film Blade Runner painted in 1982 as part of the marketing of the theatrical release of the film. Includes amazing likenesses of Harrison Ford, Sean Young, and Rutger Hauer.

Bottleneck Gallery in NY did a wonderful job getting Mr. Struzan's original art screen printed with high quality inks and paper.

Great! I think the uncut version is superior as it gives a bit more weight to the narrative. The cut "Blood of Heroes" ends on a happy note, but no real closure on Rutger's character.
