My favorite part of this, I finally watched this video bc I wanted to create in miliastra wonderland and....it's the worst tutorial video I've ever followed along with in my entire life??? The documentation on their site was already terrible. This video was not helpful???

Biggest mistake of my life was interacting with the genshin fandom on social media. I felt like I was going CRAZY over the summer when everyone was defending hoyo and attacking the VAs who were upset over the kinich situation. It's like the world is backwards now

It's so easy to train an AI clone of a voice, too! In school we had an AI class where we could train an AI model and I chose to use my voice for RVC. I didn't even have to give many examples to train off of, I just used one of two videos of me from YouTube. It shouldn't be that easy to steal a voice

Two years ago they probably would've got Yuri Lowenthal to narrate this. Now it's just a job that could've gone to a VO artist, but didn't! It's degrading the quality for the fans, and disrespecting the work of voice actors

Several months ago, actors made it clear that they were withholding work from Genshin Impact because of a lack of basic AI protections

Hoyo fans told them it would/could never be an issue

Last night, Hoyo posted several official videos promoting Genshin's new mode

There's very little incentive to make games in miliastra wonderland because 1. It requires new users to start playing the archon quest in genshin, which makes it hard to share your game with non-genshin players.
2. The fact that you can't get any 5* outfits as a f2p player is crazy....
