My Soul Mate by Wah Kee
Published by @nakamapress.bsky.social & @MadCaveStudios.com

A semi-autobiographical manhua with a paranormal twist, this one really resonated with me. A comforting exploration of artistic passion. ✍🏽

Black Cloaks (Titan Hoppers 4) by @robjhayes.bsky.social ⚔️

From finding out more about the Black Cloaks, to getting bits of the real history of the titans and humanity, this was an absolute treat to read! 🤖

Not gonna lie, I applauded when that piano fell on that kid.

Final Destination Bloodlines (2025) cruelly delivers exactly what the franchise promises, with an interesting story and loads of absurdity.

Genuinely one of the best things I've read this year! Going to dive into the sequel soon 😄

A Necromancer Called Gam Gam by @adamholcombe.bountyink.com

Few books have moved me as emotionally as this one. A cozy fantasy about grief and coping? Just absolutely brilliant! 💀

KPop Demon Hunters (2025) is a brilliantly beautiful visual experience.

If you're a KPop fan, you're certainly in for a treat. But if you don't care for the genre, this film won't do anything to change your mind.

Do you like Body Horror? 🦀
What about a setting that'll make your skin crawl? 🌫️
Or antagonists that'll fuel nightmares? 👁️

It's spooky season and this is the perfectly horrifying read you need... 👇
Clown in a Cornfield (2025) is a very stupid film 🤡

It's too generic, and a lot of its reasoning is so idiotic and surface-level that it reduces a pretty great idea into a pretty pointless film.

Me to the ghostwriting scammers that offer to "write my next book for me"
Lol, why is YouTube auto-generating Kannada subtitles to a short with no voice over/lyrics in the music.

I don't speak the language, neither do I live in Karnataka...
Peacemaker Season 2 was an absolute blast.

From its laugh-out-loud dark humour, to its meaningful character moments, to its complicated emotional journey, this show does (almost) everything right.

I do have mixed feelings about the finale though.

Good Boy (2025) is quite an intriguing film.

Without reinventing the wheel, it portrays a very believable supernatural experience from the perspective of a dog.

Jennifer Holland was not kidding when she said there will be consequences.

I cannot wait for the finale 🔥
Happy Book Birthday @michaelbookcult.bsky.social 🍻

War Song has a sequel now! If you're on the fence about reading the Dreams of Dust & Steel, I highly recommend checking out the prequel novellas. Absolutely brilliant stories that'll leave you wanting more.

Just look at that gorgeous cover 🔥
The 1st of every month is always humbling...
Happy October everyone 🎃
2025 has been a good year for my website. Hope this trend keeps on going for the remainder of the year... 🥃
