Lake Therio (1/4) 🌲✨
Four kids are walking in a straight line to the right: a tall tan boy with dark brown shaggy hair wearing a red over shirt and jeans (Jo), a shorter black boy with a short hair cut wearing a yellow polo and green swim trunks (Xavier), a tall tan girl with a dark pony tail wearing a short purple top and jeans as well as a calico cat tail (June) and lastly a short white girl with long shaggy brown hair wearing anoversized green shirt and cargo shorts wearing a fox tail (May). Bellow them is a lake with the title: RomeTwin Illustration Presents - Lake Therio. We see an establishing shot of a campground at a lakeside: Small cabins and a flagpole with a therian flag to the left, a big dining hall in the muddle, and a wilderness to the right. May stares at the large sign "Lake Therio. Welcome Campers!" looming over her. She seems nervous, which isn't helped by the bush moving next to her. May's chosen-sister, June, jumps from out of the bush to scare her. She screams. May, annoyed: Don't do that, June! June: Alley cats can't help it! Wanna go for an early swim? May: Uh... I heard that's bad luck, like you'll grown an extra... eyeball on your leg or something. June: Ewww! That's gross!! June decides to act positive, as May looks nervous. June: Hm. May, if you HAD to grow an extra body part, which would it be? May: I know I know! An extra... HEAD! (To bite more people) May starts chasing June playfully around the camp grounds. June: AAAA! Get away from me, ya two-headed weirdo! May: Reheheh Jo and his father are in front of their car as Jo is handed a backpack and a travel bag. His father looks concerned. Jo's Dad: Remember Jo, respect the counselors and their rules. They have your best interest in mind. Jo: Yes, sir. - Xavier is with his mother as she drops him off. She's beaming with pride in her son! Xavier looks bashful. Xavier's mom: I hope you like the trunks, you look so handsome! Xavier: Don't think I'll need them here, Mom. - Jo's dad: Don't forget to double check your orientation status, and call us every night before bed. Jo: Yes, sir. - Xavier's mom: You excited for the summer, baby? Xavier: YEAH! - Jo's dad: You earned this by keeping your grades up. If you continue to do so, you can keep doing... this. I don't get it, but a deal's a deal. Jo: Thanks, dad! - Xavier's mom overhears the conversation between Jo and his dad. Before leaving Xavier, she has one last thing to say: Xavier's mom: Love you, Xavier!! Don't forget to make lots of friends! Xavier: Uhhh okay Mom. I love you too.

i started selling art at cons in 2015, and for my first few years i heavily relied on making fan art b/c i thought it would bring attention to my other work.

but once my own creations became my focus, that's where i found success. fan art is fun but don't be afraid to make your own thing too! 🧡

This is probably the one likely to get me the most hate, but seriously. Make something of your own, I'm begging you. For your own good as well as ours, you have no control over what happens to an IP you don't own, and that's a huge risk to take (see: Harry Potter fanartists)

Lake Therio - Habitats! 😺✨

It's early morning at the Lake Therio campgrounds, as we can see the dining hall, the lake and the surrounding forest. From the speakers, a voice says "Goooood morning campers!". Big Foot (a pine marten) says: Today you're all going to build your natural habitats! Sasquatch (also a pine marten) adds: Keep in mind, you don't HAVE to sleep in them! The marten brothers are up in a tree, making this speech to the campers who are listening bellow. Amongst the crowd of creatures are May the fox, June the cat, Xavier the other and Jo the crow. Big Foot: Every animal has a place to sleep, a place to call home. Sasquatch: And each kind is unique to each species as well as YOURSELF! So don't be afraid to get creative. Narrator dialogue (spoken by Big Foot): Foxes sleep in DENS! Holes are dug into the ground to create 3-10 foot chambers, sometimes with multiple entrances. (We see may kicking the mud off her paws after digging her den.) Otters sleep in HOLTS! River otters in particular also dig holes for warmth and shelter on shorelines even caves. Unlike fox dens, HOLTS use logs and branches. (Xavier is contently collecting sticks as he builds his holt.) Our corvid (crow) friends sleep in NESTS! Typically using sticks, twigs, weeds or even animal hair, crows build nests over the branches of trees. For bedding, moss, grass and other soft materials are cuped inside the center. (Jo is comfy as he relaxes on his nest. Xavier and May are bellow, as Xavier jokes "Who's fur do ya think Jo used?". May replies "Shut UP!" as she laughs) May wonders around the campgrounds and finds June sleeping behind a dumpster. May asks "June? Where's your habitat?" June wakes up and responds "*Yawn* it's here! Cats can sleep anywhere y'know." May: And you're comfy? June: Yeah, it's great! I'm an ALLEY cat, remember? May: If you're sure... May walks off. She makes a big jump and lands next to Jo and Xavier who are playing in the water together. May has an idea! June wakes up and sees May collecting sticks. Curious, she follows May to see where she's going. She then sees a little habitat resembling a fort, made of various sticks creating a structure. May says "SURPRISE! We know cats can sleep anywhere, but -" June is laying inside of the habitat and purring as she exclaims "It's PERFECT! Thanks, guys ❤️"

GwenFox talks directly to the audience with groceries surrounding her. The paper bag she's holding has a can fall out of the comic's frame. Gwen says: "Some folks get intimidated about cooking Vietnamese food at home. So I'll teach you a recipe that's easy AND delicious! Today we're making Thit Kho ('Teet Kaw'), braised pork and eggs. Main ingredients: 2 lbs pork belly/shoulder, 1/3 cup sugar, an onion, 2 tbs garlic, 5 eggs, 1 tbs oil, and your choice of coconut water, coconut soda OR even your average lemon-lime soda (12 oz)! Flavoring: 1 tbs salt and pepper, 3 tbs fish sauce, 2 tbs soy sauce or black seasoning sauce, 3 tbs chili sauce, 2 tbs chicken bouillon and 1 tbs MSG. Cut your pork into cubes, dice the onions, then boil the eggs in water on high for 8 minutes. Boil pork in water on medium for a minute, then strain. This step removes scum! Toss oil, sugar, pork, onions and garlic in a pot on medium for 2-3 minutes. Then pour flavorings and soda in the mix and stir occasionally. Simmer on med-low for 45 min. Crack your hardboiled eggs and add them on top for the last 5 minutes of cooking. Serve over rice and BOOM! Thit kho." Gwen proudly presents her dish and says "This dish is sweet and salty, just like my nu-", but before she can finish her sentence, the can that fell out of frame earlier drops and hits her in the back of the head. She exclaims "SHIT!" as she drops the bowl of Thit Kho.

hey! if I send you an invoice, shut the fuck up. do not mention NSFW stuff or even the word "furry" or anything, Paypal is company of dickbags searching for any excuse to harass creators. using invoices is the smartest/best/safest way of working as a comm artist, and this is explicit targeting

If you are paying an invoice to a nsfw artist, do NOT mention NSFW in any way, keep it blank even. you risk both your account and the artists.

calling folks fat, ugly, ect is useless when one can say __ are doing evil things. i know the perpetrators of this mess do it but you don't gotta participate to say something meaningful.
