no contentment, no progress, no drive, no reason to get up, nothing

there is no amount of words or combination which can express how heavy it "feels" to be feeling truly just nothing sustained

no emotion has any staying power, it's lost as soon as the stimuli are gone

I've been facing severe motivation problems lately

every day is indifference, I feel no drive to do anything be it research or personal projects, I just hardly feel at all

I have become numb and it is crushing me. it's just, completely vacuous, there's just nothing, I feel nothing

so I deal with ice pick headaches right (basically, brief but severe stabbing pain in my head that I can identify exactly where it is, extremely disruptive)

Apparently one OTC treatment which some research has found works is just, melatonin nightly

brains are fuckin weird

what do people write to

like i cant have youtube or anything video playing in the background its too distracting for me to be able to write, lyrical music can also be distracting for me

but dead silence is like, almost miles worse for me trying to write

had a brain blast and thought this was funny though
