It’s a waste of time. I didn’t know what I wanted to do but I didn’t want to do that. I only went because we’ve been taught it’s what we’re “supposed to do.”

I actually fucking hated this class. I failed it the first time and had to repeat it. I chose it as the best bc I proved to myself that I could do it. My professor for the second time wouldn’t give up on me and I killed my final project. 😀

Sandwiches or pizza. Something portable that I could have quickly. In culinary school, I was on campus from 5 a.m. until 8 p.m. and I didn’t have much time between classes.

When I enrolled, it was called something that was geared towards what I wanted to do with my career. It changed in the middle of me earning my degree so now I’m stuck.
