Macro models have proportionally smaller heads, tails, and paws - micro models have the inverse. Micro models tend towards being plantigrade to account for their proportionally big stupid paws

Rokobo-ification of my friend @codarobo.online ! Coda is already a fluffy robot so it wasn’t hard to fit them into the rokobo design standards. They are a rare “dual accent color” design - the first ever created to have horns and claws that don’t match the rest of their glowing parts.

Requiring that the user is in bed seems like a significant limitation. I haven’t worked out yet whether or not it’s the kind of limitation that makes worldbuilding better. It enforces the notion that rokobo use is meant to be purely recreational but also opens up scary questions without neat answers

I need to work out
1. For rokobo that have their own AI, do they need to be in a paused/receptive “mode” in order to initiate the connection with the user?
2. How does the user voluntarily close the connection?
3. What happens if the user is woken up or needs to wake up (bathroom)?

When you “put on” a rokobo, you use a device implanted in your brain to project your consciousness into the rokobo’s body. Current idea is that you play a tone in headphones that automatically knocks you out and activates the device. This means you have to be in bed to use the rokobo :/
